The Novia Salcedo Foundation considers that the pursuit of one’s own professional development must be a more planned and thoughtful process; as Seneca used to say: “If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favourable”. An idea that is translated into 4 points:
– What is my goal in life? What am I passionate about?
– What are the skills that I need to achieve that purpose?
– How is my environment developing and what does it need?
– What can I do to achieve that goal?
